Only the graphics listed as free on this  blog may be downloaded and used for both personal and commercial, please give credit in the form of a link if  possible, to www.clipartexpress.blogspot.com Free graphics may be used with print on demand sites such as Zazzle or Cafepress as long as they are not used in a standalone manner (they must be part of a design).

Graphics are not to become part of a collection on free graphics sites. If you would like to sell graphics from your website you can join the Dreamstime affiliate program. Dreamstime is a microstock agency licensing illustrations and photography for use on the web and in print.

Premium graphics for sale on this blog are sold through Dreamstime and are under the license agreement  issued by Dreamstime. Please note that when you buy you are not buying the graphics outright but are purchasing a license to use them.
